WHO IS SHE??? Hi, I’m Ally (she/her) – The boy behind the curtain at We Did It Boys Studios. I also perform & produce music as DJ Skeeter. I’ve been lucky enough to be immersed in the arts for my entire life & have been a weirdo art kid since my child & teen wolf years. I studied art at SUNY New Paltz (go Hawks) where I received in a BFA in Graphic Design. I’ve exclusively worked for small businesses. Most recently, I spent 7 years working at Unison Arts as the Director of Design & Marketing, then Director of Operations. I’m a silly magical imp who is easy to work with and loves to meet wacky people. I <3 TV, music, jokes & raw nasty nonsense.

A long, long time ago, in a galaxy actually pretty close to this one, I began the We Did It Boys newsletter based on a joke between friends and the need for uninhibited expression outside of my day job where I was in charge of communications. Simultaneously I was creating visual artwork, music, videos, & performances trying to find a streamlined way to create & share more of it all.

In this present galaxy, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to solidify the jokester spirit into a creative business that can grow and change as it pleases.

My current focus is The Studio – a creative work & event space in New Paltz, NY.
